What ConstantGamer is

ConstantGamer is a digital entertainment platform composed for mature viewers. The platform hosts a small set of interactive environments that load inside isolated viewports. These environments are presented strictly as ambient interactive entertainment.

Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in full. If any portion of these terms is not acceptable to the visitor, the visitor must not access the platform.

These terms operate alongside the ConstantGamer Disclaimer and the ConstantGamer Privacy Notice. The three documents together describe how the platform is to be used and how information is handled. Where any document is silent, the most restrictive interpretation applies.

Age and eligibility

Access is intended for individuals 19 years of age or older. By entering the platform, the visitor confirms that they are at least 19 years of age and that accessing mature-audience interactive entertainment is lawful in the visitor's jurisdiction.

ConstantGamer does not collect age verification documents and relies on the visitor's affirmation. Visitors who do not meet the age requirement, or for whom such content is restricted by local rules, must leave the platform immediately.

Where local rules require parental controls or device-level filtering, those measures are the responsibility of the device's owner. The platform does not bypass, weaken or work around such filters.

No real-world outcomes

Every environment hosted on ConstantGamer is presented for entertainment only. No real-world value, reward, financial credit, virtual currency, points redeemable for value, incentive, extra, payout or external benefit is associated with any session.

There are no winnings, no jackpots, no sweepstakes, no leaderboards tied to rewards and no promotions of any kind. The platform exists exclusively for ambient interactive engagement.

ConstantGamer is not a casino, sportsbook, real-value gaming operator or skill-for-reward service. Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer, solicitation or facilitation of wagering.

Acceptable interaction

Visitors agree to access ConstantGamer through ordinary web browsers and conventional input devices, without automation, scripting, scraping, framing, reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempts to bypass the platform's structural design.

Visitors agree not to interfere with the platform's operation, attempt to overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities outside an authorised disclosure context, or attempt to extract assets for redistribution.

Embedded environments may originate from third-party providers. ConstantGamer does not modify, replace, or alter the engines of these environments; they appear within a contained viewport in their original form, subject to the third party's own terms.

Intellectual property

The platform's layout, typography, visual composition, written text, motion behaviour and locally hosted environment assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They are made available for personal, non-commercial viewing within the platform only.

Visitors must not reproduce, redistribute, mirror, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Third-party environments embedded within the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective providers. Marks, names and visual identifiers belonging to third parties are used only to identify those environments.

Platform availability and continuity

The platform is provided on an 'as composed' basis. Visual layout, content, environment selection and motion behaviour may be refined, adjusted, paused or replaced without notice.

Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party constraints, browser limitations or technical conditions may temporarily affect access. The platform does not commit to a service-level uptime and does not provide compensation for unavailability.

Specific environments may be added or removed from the lobby at any time. The published lobby at any given moment represents the current composition, not a guarantee that any particular environment will remain.

Responsibility of the visitor

Visitors are solely responsible for their own use of the platform, including the time they spend, the device they use and the network conditions under which they connect.

Where a visitor finds that interaction with any environment is affecting them adversely, they should stop using the platform and, if needed, contact appropriate support services available in their jurisdiction.

Visitors must not use the platform to harass others, transmit unlawful content through any outbound contact channel, or impersonate any person in correspondence with the platform.

Limitation of liability

ConstantGamer is presented for ambient enjoyment. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability.

Visitors accept that any interaction is undertaken voluntarily and at their own choice. No external outcome is offered or implied, and no reliance should be placed on the platform for any purpose beyond ambient entertainment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of the platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss arising from access to or inability to access the platform. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in platform composition, applicable law or operational practice. Revised terms take effect from the moment they are published on this page.

Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Visitors who do not agree with a revision should stop using the platform.

Interpretation

These terms are written in plain English and are intended to be read literally. Section numbers and labels are provided for reference only and do not affect interpretation.

If any provision of these terms is found by a competent authority to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The unenforceable provision is to be read down to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

Replies are made during quiet hours and may take time. Please write rather than call. For urgent matters that fall outside the scope of these terms, the visitor should contact appropriate local services directly.
