A platform composed
around restraint.

ConstantGamer is intentionally minimal in how it handles information. There are no accounts, no required sign-up, no analytics trackers operated by the platform itself and no marketing surface of any kind. The notice below describes the approach in plain language, including the few cases where any information is processed at all.

At a glance

Information we do not collect

Account data: ConstantGamer does not maintain accounts, profiles, usernames or passwords for visitors. There is no sign-up surface anywhere on the platform.
Personal identifiers: Names, postal addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers and similar personal information are not requested anywhere on the platform.
Payment information: No payments are accepted; no payment cards, banking details, wallet addresses or financial identifiers are stored or processed.
Location data: The platform does not request or store precise geolocation. Approximate region may be visible to the hosting provider as a routine part of serving any web page, but is not retained by ConstantGamer as part of a visitor profile.
Behavioural profiles: ConstantGamer does not build behavioural profiles, advertising profiles or interest graphs of visitors.
Biometric data: No biometric, voice, facial recognition or similar data is collected.

Information you may choose to share

Email correspondence: Visitors may write to support@constantgamer.club voluntarily. Any information shared in that correspondence is handled only for the purpose of replying and is not used for unrelated purposes.
Voluntary feedback: Optional feedback submitted by email is retained only as long as is needed to respond and reasonable record-keeping requires.
Quoting your message: If a follow-up email refers to a previous message, the operator may quote that message for context. Visitors who prefer not to have their wording quoted should mention this in their original email.

Cookies and similar storage

Platform cookies: ConstantGamer itself does not set tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The platform does not use local storage or session storage to identify visitors across sessions.
Strictly necessary: Where any storage is used, it is limited to what is strictly necessary for a page to load and render correctly, and contains no personal identifiers.
Embedded providers: Third-party providers of embedded environments may set their own cookies inside their isolated viewport, governed by their own policies.

Third-party environments

Embedded viewports: Some environments load inside an isolated iframe layer hosted elsewhere. Those providers operate under their own data handling practices, which ConstantGamer does not control and to which this notice does not extend.
Locally hosted environments: Other environments run entirely from assets included with the platform itself and do not transmit interaction data outside the visitor's browser session.
Hosting provider: The site is served by a commercial hosting provider, which may keep short-lived operational logs (such as request times and IP addresses) for the routine purpose of operating a public web service. These logs are not used to build profiles of visitors.

How information is used

Purpose limitation: Any information voluntarily shared with the platform (such as the contents of an email) is used only to respond to that correspondence and, where applicable, for legitimate record-keeping.
No selling or sharing: ConstantGamer does not sell, rent or share visitor information with third parties for marketing, advertising or any commercial purpose.
No marketing: The platform does not run mailing lists, newsletters, push notifications or marketing campaigns and will not contact visitors unsolicited.

Retention and security

Retention: Email correspondence is retained for as long as is reasonably needed to respond and to keep a routine record. Operational logs held by the hosting provider follow that provider's normal retention windows.
Security posture: Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the small amount of information the platform does handle. No system connected to the public internet can be guaranteed absolutely secure, however, and visitors should not send sensitive information by email.

Your choices and rights

Access and deletion: Where applicable law gives a visitor the right to access or delete information held about them, requests may be sent to support@constantgamer.club. The platform will respond within the timeframe required by the relevant law.
Withdrawing contact: Visitors who have written in the past and would prefer their correspondence to be deleted can request this at the same address.
Children: ConstantGamer is intended for mature viewers (19+). The platform is not directed at children and does not knowingly handle information about children. If a parent or guardian believes information about a minor has been shared, they should contact the address above so it can be removed.

International access

Cross-border access: The platform may be accessed from many jurisdictions. Visitors are responsible for ensuring access is lawful where they are. Where local rules grant additional rights, those rights apply in addition to what is described here.
Service providers: Any service providers used to operate the platform (such as hosting) may process data outside the visitor's own country, in line with their standard arrangements.

How this page may change

Adjustments: This document may be refined to reflect changes in platform composition, hosting arrangements or applicable law. Any update applies from the moment it is published.
Material changes: Where a change materially alters how information is handled, the change will be reflected at the top of this page so visitors can see it on their next visit.
